What is GEO?+
GEO stands for generative engine optimization. It is the work that helps AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews find, trust and recommend your business. Every Fullhand site gets the foundations: schema markup, clear structure and FAQ answers. The Pro plan adds a monthly check of how those assistants answer questions about your service and city, plus a report and adjustments.
Can I cancel early?+
Yes. Because the build is included with no money down, leaving before 12 months means paying a build-cost buyout. The buyout is lower in the second half of the year than the first, and the exact amounts are written in your agreement before you sign. After the first year, plans are month to month, so you can cancel anytime.
What counts as a "change"?+
A change is a single update to your existing site: swapping photos, editing text, updating hours or prices, adding a team member or adding a user to your business email. Starter includes 2 a month and Pro includes 8. Unused changes don't roll over. Brand-new pages are an add-on.
What counts as a page?+
A page is one web address with its own content, like Home, About, Contact, a service page or a gallery. A long page with many sections still counts as one. Privacy and terms pages, the thank-you and error pages, and individual blog posts on Pro don't count toward your limit. Location pages are counted separately: each one targets a single city or service area with content written for that place.
Do you write the blog posts?+
No. Pro includes a blog that's set up and ready to go, with a simple editor you log into to write and publish posts yourself. We'll show you how it works at launch. Writing the posts is up to you.
Is business email included?+
Yes, setup is. We set up email on your own domain with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Zoho Mail: account, domain verification, DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) and a test send. You pay the provider directly and own the account, so there's no markup and no per-mailbox fee from us.
Which email provider should I pick?+
If you already use Outlook or Office, go with Microsoft 365. If you use Gmail personally, Google Workspace will feel familiar. If you want the lowest cost, Zoho Mail. We'll help you decide if you aren't sure.
Why only a few location pages?+
Google treats a stack of near-identical city pages as "doorway pages" and can push them down. We write fewer, better location pages, each with real local detail, which works better for search and for AI answers.
What is the founding client rate?+
Our first five clients get up to $50 a month off a Starter or Pro plan, locked in for as long as they keep their plan. In return, we ask permission to feature the site as a case study in our portfolio.
How do I get started?+
Fill out the project form on this page. It takes about three minutes. You'll get a reply by email within one business day with a quote and next steps, then a homepage mockup in your colors before any code is written. Prefer to talk? Pick a video or phone call in the form.
